Has 2 bedrooms and a nursery or office. Air-cons in the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining and lounge is combined. It is on town water, has a tank for the gardens which you will be required to maintain. A small shed to house a some gardening items, a fully fenced yard and a fire pit for these unusually cool nights we have been having.
